Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering consulting projects by leading work streams, managing junior team members, and contributing to the development of project solutions. Your role will also involve supporting business development activities and participating in internal development initiatives

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields

Client Interaction: Experience in engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform project solutions

Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

Technical

Skills:
