• Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset strategy plans that align with Qiddiya’s overall objectives and vision.
• Conduct thorough market research and asset performance analysis to identify enhancement opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with various teams including Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective execution of asset strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance, trends, and improvement recommendations.
• Engage with external partners and industry stakeholders to gather insights and promote Qiddiya’s asset initiatives.
• Support the management and administration of contracts with asset operators and service providers.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and contribute to the development of innovative asset management solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management or strategic planning, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software tools.
