• 1. Associate
  : (Experience - Entry Level - 1–2 years or strong internship experience)

As an Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll contribute end-to-end: from diagnostic and modelling phases to strategy design and on-the-ground implementation. You’ll collaborate with a global team of policy advisors and economists, gain early exposure to senior decision-makers, and receive tailored training across public policy, data, and economic modelling.

• Drive evidence-based strategies from analysis to implementation
• Work across sectors including education, labour, ESG, innovation, and trade
• Build analytical models and present your insights directly to policymakers
• Collaborate in diverse, international teams and accelerate your learning curve

• Analytical Thinkers — You enjoy diving into data, drawing insights, and translating numbers into real-world strategy.
• Policy-Curious Minds — You’re interested in how policy shapes economies, societies, and industries - and want to be part of that change.
• Strong Academic Foundation — Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, public policy, data science, or a related field - plus a track record of excellence.
• 1–2 Years of Experience — Whether in consulting, research, policy, or industry - you’ve already proven your ability to deliver.
• Fast Learners, Strong Communicators — You’re confident presenting ideas, open to feedback, and ready to engage clients professionally.

• 2. Senior Associate (Experience - 2-3 years relevant experience)

As a Senior Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and public policy, shaping high-impact solutions for governments and global organisations. This is your opportunity to own complex work streams, engage directly with senior policymakers, and drive insights into actionable strategies - all while mentoring junior colleagues and accelerating your leadership journey.

• Lead advanced research and analytical modelling to solve real-world economic and policy issues
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Build impact-driven solutions across multiple domains — labour markets, education, trade, ESG, and more
