The Supply Lead is responsible for owning unit acquisition targets, leading the Supply Acquisition team, and driving consistent supply growth across assigned areas.
Responsibilities:- Own and deliver unit acquisition targets across assigned areas.
- Define acquisition priorities, coverage plans, and weekly targets.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value closures.
- Ensure consistent pipeline generation and closing discipline.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Supply Acquisition Specialists.
- Conduct regular pipeline, activity, and closing reviews.
- Set clear expectations on field activity, outreach, and closures.
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Own market coverage and supply expansion by area and category.
- Identify high-potential zones and supply gaps.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in supply management, partnerships, marketplace operations, or a related role.
