We are seeking an Assistant Guest Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. The Assistant Guest Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences by supporting the coordination of guest services, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and facilitating communication between departments. Additional responsibilities include assisting with events and supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support:
Acting as a primary contact for routine inquiries, organizing meetings, and ensuring client needs are met. - Project Coordination:
Assisting with project management from initiation to completion, including scheduling, monitoring budgets, and tracking deliverables. - Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining client files, managing billing/invoicing, drafting reports, and preparing presentations and proposals. - Creative Liaison:
Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and media teams to ensure campaign accuracy and timely execution. - Research:
Conducting market research to inform strategies, as well as tracking competitor activities.
- Experience:
Previous experience in an agency environment (internship or entry-level) is preferred. - Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and oral), strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. - Attributes:
Proactive, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
