Position Summary

QTRUST is seeking a Saudi PMO Officer to join its operational support team. This entry‑level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop professional skills, gain exposure to project management operations, and contribute to efficient client engagement and internal coordination processes. The PMO Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and service providers, supporting QTRUST’s operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication & Follow‑ups: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, requests, or ongoing operations. Ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses to client communications.
  • Coordination Across Teams: Support collaboration between clients, internal departments (e.g., technical teams, operations, and management), and external service providers to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Registration & Documentation Assistance: Handle administrative processes such as registration requests, document preparation, and record management to support operational workflows.
  • Operational & Business Follow‑ups: Monitor and track ongoing tasks or issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly to meet operational goals and client expectations.
  • Record‑Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of communications, client requests, and project status updates. Prepare reports or summaries as needed to support PMO oversight and management decision‑making.
  • Support Day‑to‑Day PMO

    Activities:

    Assist in organizing meetings, tracking action items, and supporting the PMO in maintaining process efficiency and workflow optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Saudi Nationality: This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, in alignment with QTRUST’s Saudi talent development initiatives.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with strong academic performance and relevant coursework are preferred.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior professional experience is not mandatory, but internship or volunteer experience in administrative, coordination, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to draft professional communications, reports, and documentation.

    Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and service providers.
  • Organizational & Coordination

    Skills:

    Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in follow‑ups and reporting.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and internal coordination purposes.
