Job Summary:
The accountant will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to one year of experience seeking to develop a career in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP, ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
