Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adults residential setting.

Proven strong track record with the CQC.

Registration with the CQC.

Genuine passion for older adults and dementia care.

Lead the day-to-day management of a residential service for older adults and those living with dementia.

Maintain and strengthen the home’s Good CQC rating through excellent compliance and quality governance.

Inspire and develop your team to deliver warm, person-centred, high-standard care.

Build trusted relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.

Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure a safe, homely, and welcoming environment.

Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practice across the home.
