Position Summary

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely and professionally transporting guests to and from designated locations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a friendly, guest-focused individual who can represent Ocean's Edge with professionalism, courtesy, and safety at the forefront of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely transport guests to and from predetermined locations in a timely and courteous manner

* Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed

* Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience, including friendly conversation and local direction assistance

* Maintain clear communication with dispatch or management throughout shifts

* Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift

* Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, accidents, or damage promptly and accurately

* Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies

* Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and passengers at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

* Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement (non-negotiable)

* Must be able to work a rotating schedule of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts

* Ability to sit for extended periods of time

* Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation

* Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively in English (bilingual preferred)

* Professional appearance and positive, guest-focused attitude

* Must be local to Key West or within a reasonable commuting distance
