We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Specialist for a full‑time, on‑site position in Key West, FL. The Family Support Specialist will provide holistic support to families, conducting assessments, developing case plans, and assisting families in accessing necessary resources and services. Daily tasks include facilitating family‑centered interventions, maintaining detailed case documentation, collaborating with community resources, and monitoring progress to ensure the safety and well‑being of children.
This role requires a proactive approach to strengthening families and addressing their unique needs through targeted support and services. Competitive employee benefits.
- Passion for supporting families and children
- Proficiency in Family Services with the ability to tailor support plans to individual needs
- Strong skills in Community Outreach and resource coordination to connect families with appropriate services
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of home visiting services, healthy families, early childhood development and experience in similar roles is highly desirable
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
