Shift Supervisor Key West

Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop Key West is currently seeking a full time Shift Supervisor! This role works front line sales setting the example for our team displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management. This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills.

A positive and professional demeanor is required.

This position has a 40 hour a week with consistent scheduling.

Minimum

Job Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
• Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
• Stand and/ or scary move around for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
