• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Model and reinforce brand selling behaviors to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with employees to complete work tasks efficiently and on time.
• Build and share product lifecycle expertise with the team.
• Ensure store operations before or after opening hours, including opening/closing checklists.
• Leverage omni‑channel channels to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with all standard operating procedures.

• Clear, direct communication of expectations.
• Proficiency with technology to engage customers and team, meeting business goals.
• Strong interest in continuous improvement and growth.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lifting up to 30 pounds.
