Bartender at the Key West Cooking Show
Historic Tours of America is seeking a Bartender for the Key West Cooking Show (KWCS). The role is the first area of service for guests before reaching their tables and includes tour guide, communicator, showman, decision‑maker, memorabilia curator, and foodie/mixologist responsibilities.

- Create memorable KWCS experiences for guests by entertaining them
- Make drinks to spec recipe and serve food
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on all spirits and mixers, including soft drinks, juices, syrups, and bitters
- Answer guest questions accurately and politely
- Make proficient sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system, handle cash and other forms of payment, maintain proper cash drawer balance
- A high degree of self‑motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team within the scope of established rules and regulations
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of methods for promoting and selling products and services
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and other entities
- Must be 21 years old
- Experience in a full‑service restaurant and/or bar
- Must pass pre‑employment background check and substance abuse testing
- Have a passion for helping people and making their Key West experience memorable
- Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications
