Responsibilities- Making drinks to spec recipe.
- Demonstrating responsible alcohol service.
- Serving food.
- Handling cash & other forms of payment.
- Using a point-of-sale system for sales transactions.
- Checking I.D.s for guests under 30.
- Maintaining proper cash drawer balances.
- Directing guests to areas/restrooms.
- Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge.
- Using proven techniques for suggestive selling.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
- Managing product pars through bar pulls & inventories.
- Stocking liquor, beer, wine, and glassware.
- Labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating prepped items.
- Sanitizing equipment, utensils, and glassware.
- Performing opening, closing, and side duties.
- Answering questions accurately and politely.
- Create memorable experiences and entertain guests to generate “Raving fans.”
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience.
- Food safety certification or food handlers card required in some U.S. states.
- Remain calm in a hectic, fast‑paced environment.
- Show high organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward guests.
- Stand, walk, kneel, bend for extended periods.
- Sit for extended periods.
- Make repetitive arm, hand, and wrist movements.
- Express ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
- Use manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and hand above shoulders.
- Move up to 10 pounds of objects.
- Turn or twist body parts in circular motions.
- Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
- Travel by auto or airplane for long periods.
- Meet legal minimum age to serve food & alcohol.
- Follow food safety & sanitation procedures.
- Practice all general safety standards.
- Bend & reach during duties.
- Maintain well‑groomed appearance.
- Follow uniform guidelines.
- Practice safety & sanitation standards.
- Recycle products where possible.
