Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen at the Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an engaging and professional Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining the high standards of Hyatt and Four Flamingos.
Serving shifts may include breakfast & lunch shifts at 7am as well as dinner shifts starting at 4pm.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide knowledgeable descriptions of menu items and daily specials.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold Hyatt service standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service.

Qualifications- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or resort environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available for early morning (7am) and dinner shifts (4pm), weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler certifications preferred or able to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to lift, push and pull a moderate weight
