Overview
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing and forecasting room revenues through effective management of room inventory, pricing strategies, and distribution channels across assigned properties. This role analyzes market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to support informed yield decisions and revenue optimization. The Revenue Manager communicates pricing strategies and competitive insights to leadership and operational teams, supervises Reservations Agents and related office operations, and provides hands on support to the reservations process as needed.
This role also manages e-commerce accounts and online distribution business to ensure optimal visibility, performance, and profitability. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics and a practical, hands-on approach to revenue optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Requires high school language, math and reasoning level.
- Type 50 wpm.
- Competent organizational skills.
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Computer experience required.
- Present a professional appearance and confidence.
- Required statistical and competitive analysis.
