This is a part-time opportunity requiring 2-3 days per week.
- Service guests by welcoming them, assisting them in filling out proper paperwork, guiding them to their activity and providing a safety speech to ensure our guests comprehend the rules and protocols in place for all equipment.
- Facilitating paddle board, kayak, and bicycle rentals to resort guests.
- Leading resort activities, guiding kayak tours, and providing fun for guests.
- Ability to work outside and be near or on the water.
- Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed.
- Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored
- Assists guests with the appropriate use of the aquatics facility.
- Maintains the highest quality standards in the pool area.
- Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and managers.
- Adheres to safety precautions and procedures for using hazardous chemicals and ensures economical and safe use of supplies and equipment.
- Provides assistance and direction to our guests when necessary.
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
- Identifies and reports all maintenance issues.
- Assist with special events as needed.
- Be able to lift 60-80 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to swim and kayak/paddleboard.
- The position requires light equipment maintenance and cleaning, walking, lifting, and paddling.
- Must have attention to detail for waiver completion and rental tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior luxury hotel or hospitality experience preferred
