Ocean Key Resort and Spa, a 4‑diamond award‑winning resort in downtown Key West, FL, offers 100 guest rooms, two restaurants, a spa, pool, fitness center, and more.

Full‑time or Part‑time

The Spa Supervisor oversees front‑desk and back‑of‑house operations and handles supervisory duties such as payroll, scheduling, ordering and inventory.

• Oversee spa front‑desk and back‑of‑house operations
• Handle payroll, scheduling, ordering and inventory
• Perform detail‑oriented administrative tasks with accuracy and speed
• Communicate effectively with guests, management and co‑workers
• Maintain physical standards: lift 5‑50 lbs. as needed; push/pull > 50 lbs.; endure various movements; remain stationary or mobile for at least 8 hours per shift

• 1+ years of spa experience
• Previous supervisory experience highly desirable
• Valid Florida spa license preferred
