These calls are designed to give you a comprehensive overview of our district in the Florida Keys and address any questions you may have. These informative sessions are typically held every Wednesday afternoon from 4:00-5:00 pm EST.
Our Instructional Salary Placement Guide for the School Year offers compensation information for newly hired teachers. You can expect to earn between $62,700 and $104,700 annually depending on verified years of full-time, certified, K-12 teaching experience. Verification forms will be provided to applicants upon hire. Explore our comprehensive 2026 Benefits Guide with insurance premium rates conveniently listed on page 13. Choose between the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan or Investment Plan.
