About the Resort
Ocean Key Resort and Spa is a 4‑diamond award‑winning resort in downtown Key West, FL. It is located in the heart of the action with exquisite sunsets and Mallory Square in our backyard. We are a busy resort with 100 guest rooms, 2 restaurants, a tranquil and tropical spa, picturesque pool and lounge, fitness center, and so much more!

A Day in the LifeAs a reservations agent you will handle guest room bookings and inquiries in a call‑center setting. You answer calls and emails, provide information, address concerns, offer recommendations, and manage bookings, changes, or cancellations while delivering excellent customer service. At this time, we only consider applicants who reside in the Florida Keys or who have secured housing for a commutable distance to Key West, FL.
Requirements- Previous reservations experience and/or experience working at a hotel.
- Computer and software proficiency: efficient use of keyboard, logging in/out, and navigating the operating system(s).
- Internet and web navigation: using web browsers, searching for information, and utilizing basic online communication tools. li>Hardware and software basics: understanding how to use a computer and operating system(s).
- Productivity software: proficiency with Microsoft Office for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to lift 5 to 50 pounds on occasion and push/pull 50+ pounds.
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work area.
- Remain in both stationary and mobile positions for at least 8 hours during a shift.
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and co‑workers.
- Perform detail‑oriented administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
