• Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring each interaction delivers on the SP+ Promise.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time, in uniform, and ready to assist customers.
• Count the “bank” of revenue at the beginning of each shift.
• Collect cash and/or validations and maintain security of cash.
• Makes change and issues receipts or tickets for each transaction.
• Computes or re‑computes the bill from the ticket showing amount due per customer.
• Operates the cash register and displays the cost of each transaction.
• Quotes prices for parking services and provides directions to city locations.
• Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets are missing.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, asking a supervisor when needed.
• Answer telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the booth and pick up trash in the surrounding area.
• Conduct timely checks to ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Verify log of shift transactions against the revenue bank.
• Compile the daily bank of collected revenue when a predetermined amount is reached.
• Record amounts received and cars in/out of the facility for shift reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or an equivalent combination.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends as required.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license if required to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and make change.
• Language skills: read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Reasoning ability: apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
• Physical demands: sit, use hands, walk, and reach; close vision required.

Salary Range: $14.00 per hour.
