Job Title:
Houseman / Laundress/Heavy Housekeeper

Compensation: $45–$55 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 5 days per week (flexible, with opportunity for additional hours)
Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Live-out
Location: Must live nearby
Requirement: Must have reliable transportation

• 10,000 sq. ft. private residence

• 3 adults in the home

• No pets

• Frequent entertaining

• Additional evening staff member

Laundry & Garment Care (Primary Focus):

• Full household laundry management

• Expert care of fine garments (washing, steaming, ironing, folding)

• Linen changes and closet organization

• Maintain organized laundry areas

Bedroom Cleaning:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of bedrooms

• Changing linens, dusting, vacuuming

• Maintain a high, hotel-level standard

Additional Duties:

• Receive and organize packages

• Prepare morning tea

• Occasional light meal prep

• Assist during entertaining as needed

• Experience in high-end private homes

• Strong laundress background

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Professional, discreet, flexible, and team-oriented
