Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

Occupational Therapist – Per Diem role at Enhance Therapies is a per‑diem position in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and long‑term care setting.

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a current state license.

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as in‑state OTR, if required.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
