Overview
Our client, a creative agency based in the East Midlands, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Are you a tenacious Business Development Manager or Outbound Sales Representative? Are you passionate about Sales? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading creative agency.
Responsibilities- Find and convert prospective new clients into paying customers.
- Identify new opportunities over the phone and arrange and attend meetings.
- Work predominantly in the office, with two to four client meetings and presentations per week.
- Make 50+ calls per day to prospective clients from a provided database.
- Initially be office-based (approximately 100%) for the first two months while appointments are agreed.
- Cold calling and relationship building
- Excellent face-to-face communication and presentation skills
- Ability to converse confidently at Director level
- Quick learner, intelligent and enthusiastic team player
- Cheerful and personable outlook
- Determination, resilience and tenacity to overcome setbacks and succeed
