The Peripatetic Home Services Advisor role is responsible for managing enquiries, networking with the local community, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to drive sales and increase occupancy at two care homes in Kettering.

The Peripatetic Home Services Advisor will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the homes and generate enquiries, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyze data, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal and professional qualities.

Barchester are recruiting a Peripatetic Home Services Advisor to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first‑class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

- Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
- Proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
- Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Strong interpersonal and professional qualities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
- Full UK driving licence
- Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner
- Responsible for all sales activity for the home
- Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home
- Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
- Respond to sales enquiries
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
- Maintain a contacts database

Qualifications- The successful candidate should have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application, and be a confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint). A full UK driving license is also required.
