Position summary

Engages with customers to identify opportunities and provides appropriate referrals to branch staff.

Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.

Uses product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.

Follows all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures that teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
