TP Tutor Required – Kettering
We are a tutoring agency currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced TP (Tuition Partner) Tutor to support students in the Kettering area.
This role involves delivering high-quality 1:1 tuition to students who require additional academic support, including those with SEN, SEMH, or those currently out of mainstream education.
LocationKettering, Northamptonshire
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions in line with the UK curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
- Support students with confidence-building and re-engagement in education
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback and reports
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, and our agency team
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in a UK setting
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH students (desirable)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant teaching qualification (QTS preferred but not essential depending on experience)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
