Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are looking for dedicated SEN Tutors to join our team in North Northamptonshire for a flexible, fulfilling, and impactful role.

DBS: Must have an up-to-date DBS check (DBS on the Update Service preferred)

Experience: Previous experience supporting students with SEN is highly desirable

Provide face-to-face support to students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, GDD, SEMH, PMLD, ODD, and SEBD, in the home or at local community settings (e.g., libraries, community centres).

Plan personalised lessons and resources tailored to each student's needs across core subjects and/or life skills.

Deliver engaging, thoughtful sessions that support academic and personal development.

Apply strategies to build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence.

Manage challenging behaviours with patience, consistency, and professionalism.

Track learning progress and provide detailed monthly reports.

Incorporate outdoor or nature-based learning when appropriate to enhance engagement.

Use visual communication tools where needed to support understanding.
