Job SummarySupports the preconstruction process by assisting with project estimates, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, and collaborating closely with estimating and preconstruction leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and well-coordinated project plans.
As a Construction Estimator, You Will- Perform detailed cost estimating for hard-bid and collaborative delivery projects across multiple design phases.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors to support accurate pricing.
- Support Lead Estimators, Chief Estimators, and Pre-Construction Managers by completing assigned preconstruction tasks and analyses.
- Previous experience in Water Infrastructure Construction.
- Previous experience in cost estimating and parameter estimating.
- BS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering or BS in Construction Management.
