A local council in Kettering is looking for an experienced Housing Options Advisor. This role involves providing front-line advice and assessments for homelessness, ensuring compliance with housing legislation. Candidates must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Housing Act and have a strong background in housing advice or homelessness. The position is office-based for 4 days a week and offers a pay rate of £28–£30 per hour inside IR35 regulations.
A key focus will be managing varied caseloads and making statutory decisions.
