Branch Manager Job Description

Are you an experienced leader in the motor industry, looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a talented Garage Manager to lead our busy, modern garage in Kettering, Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-equipped workshop, complete with the latest technology, while working for a trusted, family-run company that puts people and service first.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding results
  • Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
  • Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
  • Building positive relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
What we’re looking for
  • Previous management experience in the motor industry, ideally in a fast-fit environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confident communicator with great people skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Working hours
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (with one Saturday off per month)
