Your new role
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical elements on large-scale construction projects. From project start-up to final handover, you'll manage technical submissions, coordinate labour and materials, liaise with contractors and clients, and ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in commissioning, documentation, and site coordination.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role

• Strong track record of delivering large-scale mechanical projects

• Qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and project schedules effectively
