Salary: £60,000+ (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

About the Role -
We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team in Kettering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 5
PQE+ looking to progress their career at Associate, Senior Associate, or even Junior Partner level. You will be trusted to work independently on your own caseload, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.
This is a role where your voice will be heard, with a clear career plan, scope to focus on niche areas, and genuine prospects for Junior Partnership for the right individual.
Scope of Work -
You'll handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Leases and freehold property transactions
- Development land and agricultural property
- Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and individuals
- Commercial lending transactions
- Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
- And the full spectrum of commercial property work

Requirements -
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years experience in commercial property.
- Currently working at, or progressing towards, Associate or Senior Associate level.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle a caseload of complex matters independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Appetite for business development and client relationship building.
- A strong team ethic, a desire to make a difference, and a passion for working with a smile.
