About the Role-

We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team in Kettering. This is a replacement role due to a recent relocation and offers the chance to take on high-quality work from day one.

The firm is considering individuals from NQ up to 3 years PQE. Youll manage your own caseload, enjoy direct client contact, and benefit from the guidance of a wider Commercial Property team across Northamptonshire, including multiple Partners. With a strong commitment to career development and a collaborative culture, this is an excellent opportunity for ambitious lawyers at an early stage of their careers.

Scope of Work -

You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to:

  • Leases and freehold property transactions
  • Development land and agricultural property
  • Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and individuals
  • Commercial lending transactions
  • Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage

This role provides excellent variety and exposure to high-value and complex matters.

Requirements -

  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
  • Appetite for business development and client relationship building.
  • Team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
