IT Field Engineer

Location: Kettering

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | Office-based in Kettering (with time onsite with clients)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

• Providing high-quality 1st line IT support to clients over phone, email, and in person
• Visiting client sites (approx. one day a week) to deliver and set up equipment, resolve issues, advise and build strong relationships
• Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments
• Assisting with troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks, and devices
• Escalating more complex issues and developing your 2nd line capabilities
• Acting as a friendly, confident face of the company, making tech easy and stress free for customers

• Strong technical Office 365 skills
• Solid 1st line IT support experience
• Excellent customer service and communication. You enjoy talking to people!
• A full UK driving licence
• A genuine team player who takes pride in helping others

• Some experience with 2nd line support
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
