As a Support Worker, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You will support three ladies and three gentlemen, each with their own unique strengths, personalities, and support needs. Your role will include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living tasks and routines.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement.
- Promote independence and help clients pursue personal goals.
- Maintain accurate and respectful client records.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting people with learning disabilities.
- All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
- Part-time with flexible hours based on availability.
- Interviews will take place at our office in Kettering.
- Sleep-in shifts are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £63.70
