The Role:
Community Registered Nurse

You’ll be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.

On a day-to‑day basis, you’ll be:

  • Providing 45‑minute (minimum) patient visits
  • Possibly offering personal and clinical care, including IV therapy, and wound management
  • Monitoring and recording conditions and will escalates cases when needed.

Whether you’re initiating health promotion activities or liaising with other members of our multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll help us to empower our patients in their choice to be treated at home.

We’re looking for compassionate, collaborative and patient‑focused nurses. You’ll have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality patient care in the community.
