A leading manufacturing firm in Kettering is seeking an experienced Engineering Production Manager to oversee a multi-discipline engineering fabrication workshop. In this role, you will lead a skilled team, manage resources, and ensure projects proceed smoothly from concept to manufacture. The ideal candidate will have substantial welding and fabrication experience, a strong background in industrial engineering, and proven leadership skills.

A competitive salary of up to £75,000 along with a fully expensed company vehicle is offered.
