Infrastructure Engineer

What will you be doing?

* 2nd line support using Manage Engine Service Desk

* Manage backups, anti-virus, and server security

* Assist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platforms

* Provide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS and Android

* Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover)

What do we need from you?

* Strong experience with Windows operating systems and AD

* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid AD environments

* Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms

* A proactive approach to IT security and problem solving
