- Leading the charge on technical solution drawings and equipment applications
- Collaborating closely with Solutions and Engineering teams to push the boundaries of what's possible
- Staying ahead of the curve – applying cutting‑edge technologies and industry developments
- Ensuring excellence – maintaining rigorous standards across all technical documentation
- Mentoring the next generation – sharing your expertise with junior Solution Engineers
- Managing the technical backbone – overseeing drawing files, version control, and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR 5+ years of hands‑on experience in material handling system design / automation / manufacturing
- CAD mastery – AutoCAD, Solid Works, Inventor, or similar tools are second nature to you
- Deep technical knowledge of material handling processes, tolerances, and specifications
- The ability to conceptualize AND execute with surgical precision
- Sharp problem‑solving skills and an obsessive attention to detail
- Natural collaborator with excellent communication abilities
- Structural analysis and load calculation expertise
