• Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR 5+ years of hands‑on experience in material handling system design / automation / manufacturing
• CAD mastery – AutoCAD, Solid Works, Inventor, or similar tools are second nature to you
• Deep technical knowledge of material handling processes, tolerances, and specifications
• The ability to conceptualize AND execute with surgical precision
• Sharp problem‑solving skills and an obsessive attention to detail
