Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join their day shift team.

The Role As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs on advanced commercial printing machinery. Perform planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure maximum uptime. Work closely with the Engineering Manager to maintain smooth plant operations. Promote 6S Lean Manufacturing principles within the engineering department. Attend regular maintenance meetings to review PPM schedules and breakdown trends. Support plant layout changes and new installations , ensuring timely completion.
Participate in a call-out rota (minimal call-outs). What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a production or printing environment. Multi-skilled with strong electrical bias and mechanical capability. Skilled in fault finding and diagnostics across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Relevant qualifications:
City & Guilds, NVQ, 17th/18th Edition (essential). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Similar Roles:
