We work closely with a range of inclusive Kettering schools that put pupil wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. These settings offer nurturing, structured environments where SEN support staff can genuinely make a difference. You'll be joining teams who are dedicated to supporting students with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, and other learning differences.

🎒 What You'll Be Doing

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
Assist in delivering personalised learning plans
Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social development
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
Encourage positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom
🌱 What We're Looking For

Calm, patient and reliable
Passionate about SEN support and child development
Open to training, including autism awareness and SEMH training
Motivated by improving outcomes for young people
Experienced in supporting individuals with SEN needs (school or non-school settings)
📘 Desirable (but not essential):

GCSE/O‑Level or equivalent
A driving licence (helpful for certain Kettering school locations)
