Job Title: Primary Teacher (QTS) - Mainstream & SEN Schools

Pay Rate: £140 - £190 per day

Location: Kettering - Mainstream & Specialist SEND Schools

Hours: Full-Time Day-to-Day Supply Term Time Only

Smart Education is recruiting qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work across mainstream and specialist SEND schools in Kettering. These schools support pupils with a range of needs, from typical primary learners to those with special educational needs (SEN) including autism, SEMH, communication difficulties, and complex learning challenges. Teachers will deliver lessons in a supportive and inclusive environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching pupils in mainstream and/or SEN settings (essential)
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
• Positive behaviour management skills and strong communication
• Child or Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid passport
• Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references

• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual and group needs
• Support pupils  academic, social, and emotional development
• Implement and follow individual learning or behaviour plans where required
• Promote independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and external specialists
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
