Primary Teaching Assistant

A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils in primary schools in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
• Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and preparation
• Support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies

• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic in your approach
• Committedుందని to supporting children and young people
• A confident communicator who works well within a team
• Holds GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
