Primary Teaching Assistant
A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils in primary schools in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
- Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and preparation
- Support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies
- Caring, patient, and enthusiastic in your approach
- Committedుందని to supporting children and young people
- A confident communicator who works well within a team
- Holds GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- A welcoming and supportive school environment
- Access to ongoing training and professional development
