Whether you have experience in care, residential support, mental health services, SEN support or youth work, your background provides an excellent foundation for working with children and young people in schools.

• Providing emotional, behavioural and learning support to pupils
• Guiding students through challenges and celebrating progress
• Building positive, stable relationships that help students thrive
• Supporting teachers with classroom routines and lesson activities
• Helping to create a safe, encouraging and inclusive environment
