An efficient and clinically focused dental practice is seeking a dynamic Associate or Locum Dentist to join their expanding team near Kettering. The practice prides itself on high-quality patient care, day-to-day efficiency, and strong support for clinicians.

• Part time position – 2-3 days per week
• £14–£14.50 per UDA
• 1,000 UDAs per working day annually
• 50% split on private treatments
• Support for special interest dentistry to generate additional private earnings – receptive clientele
• Modern, recently refurbished purpose-built practice
• High uptake in Cosmetic Dentistry – excellent earning potential £££
• Stable diary with strong oral health
• Immediate start available

• £450 locum day rate (2–3 days available)
• £16–£17 per UDA on over-achievement
• Approx. 25 UDAs booked per day
• Immediate start with ongoing opportunities

• Proven proactive approach and success in patient conversion
• Denplan and Fee-Per-Item patients
• £60,000 income for Implants generated during a single open day – actively promote and generate private income
• Minimum of £340,000 private revenue generated in one year, continuing to grow

• Newly refurbished facility with experienced and engaging Practice Manager
• Hygienist support
• In-clinic Implantologist – mentoring opportunities available
• Specialist equipment including CEREC machine, CBCT, and iTero scanner
• Strong feedback from current and previous Associates
• Supports CPD and career development – strong learning culture
• Funded DBS checks and access to discounted educational courses
