What You'll Earn

* Starting pay is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
* $1,000 hiring bonus on your first paycheck
* $5,000 worth of stay-on bonus in your first year of employment (Paid out over the course of a year)

* Regular wage increases based on performance and experience

Schedule

* Full-time, Monday-Friday (5x8 schedule)

* Occasional Saturdays as needed

* Home daily - no long hauls or overnights

What You'll Do

* Safely operate a garbage truck on local routes

* Collect waste and recyclables from homes and businesses

* Follow route sheets and work independently with minimal supervision

* Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance

* Deliver outstanding, courteous customer service every day

What You'll Need

* A valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (minimum)

* At least 1 year of commercial driving experience

* A clean driving record

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
