• Get your station ready to roll with all the top-notch ingredients and kitchen equipment you need to work your magic.
• Slice, dice, and chop to prep ingredients that will make mouths water.
• Cook up a storm using a variety of utensils and grillers, delivering sizzling and perfectly grilled dishes.
• Monitor your culinary creations as they cook, flipping or stirring as needed.
• Show off your plating prowess and ensure every dish looks like a work of art before it hits the table.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, with spotless surfaces and orderly ingredients.
• Practice proper food storage and ensure ingredients are in the right place.
• Embrace your inner taste tester and ensure each dish is cooked to perfection before leaving your hands.
• Adhere to high sanitation standards to keep everyone happy and healthy.
• Monitor stock and inform your supervisor if items need restocking.

• High School diploma or equivalent (bonus points if you ve been through culinary school).
• Demonstrated cooking skills and a desire to grow in the craft.
• Familiarity with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
• Experience with grilling, baking, boiling, and various cooking methods.
• Strong following of sanitation procedures; cleanliness is essential.
• Teamwork orientation and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliability, customer-service orientation, and commitment to delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
• Clear communication in the kitchen.
• Physical stamina to handle the heat and workload.
