An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic Speech and Language Therapist wishing to continue to develop their skills within the adult population of North Cumbria covering Allerdale and Eden Community. You will be supported with ongoing training, CPD opportunities and mentoring.

This team works to deliver high quality Speech and Language Therapy provision across acute and community settings linking in with ICCs. Given the semi‑rural nature of this region, telemedicine has been used for some time and is well established as a mode of therapy delivery.

This post will primarily be based at Keswick Community Hospital but there will be a requirement to travel around North Cumbria to provide a service in the community and other inpatient sites.

The North Cumbria Speech and Language Therapy team is a small, friendly, supportive team with good opportunities for ongoing training. We have a well‑developed supervision and peer support system in place.
