Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Kerrville, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting the store manager in daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. You will be responsible for managing inventory, mentoring and developing team members, ensuring store compliance with company policies, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Collaboration with your team to meet and exceed performance standards will be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management:
Experience in supervising teams, engaging employees, and promoting a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. - Customer Service and Sales:
Proficiency in delivering excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and resolving customer inquiries effectively. - Operational
Skills:
Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies and procedures. - Analytical and Problem-Solving
Skills:
Ability to analyze sales trends, implement strategies to improve performance, and solve operational challenges. - Strong Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with customers, team members, and the management. - Retail
Experience:
Previous experience in retail management or assistant management roles is preferred. - High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
